04 · IMPACT MEASUREMENT

The real footprint of your product or event

Measure the impact across the entire value chain with a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Identify the hotspots, compare them against baseline scenarios and communicate results that hold up to any audit.

What it is

The entire value chain, in a single measure

A Life Cycle Assessment measures the environmental impact of a product or an event from the origin of its raw materials to the end of its useful life. Unlike a corporate inventory, here the focus is the object: where its largest footprint lies and which design, supplier or logistics decisions truly reduce it.

How it works

An LCA in four phases

1

Define the object of study

We scope what we measure —a product or an event— and the boundaries of the analysis: cradle to grave or cradle to gate.

2

Build the life cycle inventory

We compile the material and energy flows of each stage: resource extraction, production, distribution, use and end of life.

3

Assess the impact

We convert each flow into tCO₂e and other indicators, and identify the hotspots with the largest footprint.

4

Communicate results

We deliver a clear report, comparable against baseline scenarios and ready for clients, labels or tenders.

The LCA reveals the hotspots: the stages that concentrate the largest footprint and where an improvement delivers the maximum impact.

What's included

From data to a communicable result

  • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of products
  • Carbon footprint of events (corporate, festivals, concerts, etc.)
  • Identification of hotspots by stage
  • Comparison with scenarios and baselines
  • Auditable results report for clients
  • Event footprint certificate, where applicable
The stages

From cradle to grave

01

Resource extraction

The sourcing and processing of raw materials.

02

Production

The manufacturing and assembly of the product.

03

Distribution

Transport and storage up to the point of sale.

04

Use

The consumption of resources during the useful life.

05

End of life

Disposal, recycling or recovery.

Who it's for

For those who measure what's concrete

Product companies

Know the real footprint of what you make and where to reduce it.

Event organizers

Measure and offset your event's impact, certificate included.

Brands that communicate

Back up your environmental claims with a verifiable analysis.

Events

Carbon footprint of events

Turn your events into examples of sustainability and set your brand apart. We quantify, manage and communicate your event's carbon footprint, from start to finish.

Identification of every emission source within the event's life cycle assessment.

Comprehensive management plan with reduction strategies from the design phase.

Validated methodologies for contacting suppliers and collecting information.

Key intensity indicators to benchmark your event against its sector.
